Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to every person, entity, or automated system that accesses or uses the Baroow platform, including buyers, sellers, vendors, merchants, delivery riders, service providers, renters, hosts, employers, job seekers, event organisers, and guests (collectively, “Users”).

This worldwide AUP governs conduct in every Baroow vertical that a user accesses. The list below describes feature categories and does not mean each is active in every market:

• Marketplace & Classifieds: Peer-to-peer buying and selling of goods
• Food Delivery: Restaurant ordering and rider-facilitated delivery
• Grocery Delivery: Supermarket and grocery store fulfilment
• Pharmacy: Over-the-counter (OTC) medication delivery
• Vehicle Rental: Peer-to-peer and fleet vehicle hire
• Property Rental & Short-Term Rental (STR): Long-term lets, vacation stays, and listed properties
• Home Services: On-demand skilled tradespeople and service professionals
• Jobs: Localised job board connecting employers and candidates
• Events, Tours & Experiences: Ticketed events, guided tours, and curated activities

This AUP is incorporated by reference into the Terms & Conditions. Where a conflict exists between this AUP and the Terms, the Terms prevail unless this AUP imposes a stricter obligation. Capitalised terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms.

Baroow is incorporated, licensed, and operational in Barbados, its home and launch jurisdiction. This AUP applies worldwide, while feature availability remains controlled by the Market and Feature Availability Schedule. Users must comply with the law of every place connected to their conduct. Material changes will be notified in the manner and timeframe required by applicable law.
