These Community Guidelines (“Guidelines”) govern the conduct of every individual, business, organisation, or automated system that accesses or uses the Baroow platform, including but not limited to buyers, sellers, vendors, merchants, delivery riders, service providers, renters, hosts, fleet operators, employers, job seekers, event organisers, tour operators, attendees, and guests (collectively, “Users”). The platform is restricted to persons aged 18 years or older.
These worldwide Guidelines apply to every Baroow feature a User accesses. The categories below do not represent that each feature is active in each market:
These Guidelines are incorporated by reference into the Terms & Conditions. Where a conflict exists between these Guidelines and the Terms, the Terms prevail unless these Guidelines impose a stricter obligation. Capitalised terms not defined here carry the meanings assigned in the Terms.
Baroow is incorporated, licensed, and operational in Barbados, its home and launch jurisdiction. These Guidelines apply worldwide, while availability is controlled by the Market and Feature Availability Schedule. Users must also comply with the laws of every location connected to their content, listing, employment, property, service, delivery, or other conduct.
These Guidelines should be read alongside our Acceptable Use Policy, Vendor Rules & Prohibited Items, and Notice & Takedown Policy.
