Events & Tours Terms

Baroow Digital Agency Inc. is incorporated, licensed, and operational in Barbados, its home and launch jurisdiction. These worldwide Terms apply only where Baroow activates Events, Tours, or Experiences. Baroow may provide listing and discovery, and only where separately enabled, booking or ticketing facilitation between independent Organisers and prospective attendees.

Baroow is NOT:

• An event organiser, tour operator, promoter, or venue owner
• A co-host, sponsor, or joint venture partner of any listed event, tour, or experience
• A party to the contract formed between the Organiser and the Buyer upon ticket purchase or booking confirmation
• Responsible for the planning, execution, safety, quality, or outcome of any event, tour, or experience listed on the platform
• A travel agency, tour packager, or tourism board within the meaning of any applicable tourism legislation

Your purchase of a ticket or booking of an experience through Baroow creates a direct contractual relationship between you and the Organiser. Baroow facilitates the transaction but is not a party to it. Any claims, disputes, or complaints about the event, tour, or experience itself must be directed to the Organiser.
