Home Services Provider Agreement

To offer services through the Baroow Home Services vertical, you must register as a Home Services Provider ("Provider", "you", "your") and complete the applicable verification process:

• Know Your Customer (KYC): You must submit a valid government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID, or driver's licence) and a selfie for facial verification. Your identity is verified through our identity verification service provider before you may accept any service requests.
• Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to register. Baroow is an 18+ platform.
• Contact details: A verified phone number and email address are mandatory. Providers must maintain current contact information at all times.
• Market eligibility: You must be legally authorised to work, trade, and provide each advertised service in the actual service location. This Agreement applies only where Home Services is active under the Market and Feature Availability Schedule.

• Know Your Business (KYB): Businesses must submit a certificate of incorporation or business registration, a valid Tax Identification Number (TIN), proof of registered address, and details of the authorised representative (who must individually pass KYC).
• Business licence: Where the service category requires a trade or professional licence (e.g., electrical, plumbing, pest control), you must upload a current, valid licence before listing services in that category. Expired or revoked licences will result in immediate category suspension.
• Insurance documentation: Businesses may be required to provide proof of professional liability or public liability insurance, or select an insurer-issued plan made available through Baroow where Baroow is duly appointed for the market, as a condition of registration, listing approval, or booking activation (see Section 9).

Baroow reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend your account pending verification. Submitting false, fraudulent, or materially misleading documents will result in immediate and permanent account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
