This Schedule separates worldwide legal coverage from actual market and feature availability.
Version: 2026-07-29-global-1 · Last updated: July 29, 2026 · Effective for new users when accepted. Existing users receive any notice required by applicable law before a material change takes effect.
Applies worldwide to every person who accesses or uses Baroow. Worldwide application does not mean that every service is offered, supported, licensed, or available in every country.
Barbados law governs by default. Nothing in Baroow’s legal documents removes a right, remedy, forum, protection, or regulatory complaint process that cannot lawfully be waived under the mandatory law applicable to a user, vendor, rider, provider, employer, host, organiser, or other participant.
Users located outside an officially supported market remain bound by the legal documents that apply to their access and conduct. Baroow does not promise local support, fulfilment, availability, or regulatory authorisation merely because the App or website can be accessed from a location.
Baroow Digital Agency Inc. is incorporated, licensed, and operational in Barbados. Barbados is Baroow’s home jurisdiction, primary operating market, and launch bed. This statement refers only to the registrations, licences, and activities applicable to Baroow’s approved operations in Barbados. It does not state that Baroow is a bank, payment service provider, insurer, pharmacy, employment agency, real estate broker, or other separately regulated professional unless Baroow expressly confirms that status for a specific service.
Barbados remains the primary contracting and governing-law base for Baroow’s worldwide legal framework, subject to mandatory local law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Baroow’s United States service model currently permits Marketplace classifieds, property listings and inquiries, and job listings where those features are shown as available in production.
Payment, wallet, conditional-release, payout, settlement, stored-value, insurance-payment, and related financial functionality form part of Baroow’s platform scope. A customer may use a financial feature only where the market and transaction flow permit completion, the authorised or licensed provider and legal role are disclosed where required, the applicable price and transaction terms are presented, and any required acceptance or verification is completed. A testing or staging interface is not a customer transaction or financial commitment. These controls govern activation and do not remove the feature from Baroow’s launch legal framework.
Pharmacy, insurance, transport, delivery, ticketing, property booking, employment-agency, real estate agency, and other regulated or feature-specific services are available only where the production experience expressly offers them and Baroow has completed the required legal, operational, licensing, partner, and safety review.
The production App, website, market selector, feature controls, and checkout or onboarding disclosures determine whether a feature is currently available. If those surfaces do not offer a feature for a market, the feature is unavailable regardless of historical content, a policy example, a staging screen, or a future-product description.
Baroow may add, restrict, suspend, or remove a market or feature to comply with law, regulator instructions, sanctions, safety requirements, partner requirements, or operational readiness. A material change affecting an existing contract will be communicated and accepted where required by law.
