This Notice & Takedown Policy (“Policy”) describes how rights holders, affected individuals, regulatory authorities, and the general public may report content on the Baroow platform that is allegedly unlawful, infringing, or in breach of Baroow’s published policies. It also sets out the procedures Baroow Digital Agency Inc. (“Baroow”, “we”, “us”) follows when acting on such reports.

This Policy applies worldwide. Barbados is Baroow's home and launch jurisdiction. Baroow may rely on an intermediary, hosting, publisher, or platform defence only where the facts and applicable law support it. Publishing this process does not itself create a statutory safe harbour.
This Policy is governed by Barbados law, subject to mandatory local content, intellectual-property, privacy, consumer, platform, and procedural law. It should be read with our Terms and Conditions, Community Guidelines, Acceptable Use Policy, and Vendor Rules.
