This worldwide Policy applies only where Baroow has activated OTC Pharmacy for a market after confirming lawful vendor licensing, product controls, age controls, privacy requirements, delivery rules, and any required regulator or professional approvals. Pharmacy is not active in the United States under the current Market and Feature Availability Schedule.

Where active, independent licensed pharmacy vendors list and supply lawful OTC retail products. Baroow is the technology platform and does not dispense or provide medical care.

What you CAN order via Baroow:

• Over-the-Counter (OTC) medicines and health products that do not require a prescription under applicable law
• Personal care, first-aid, vitamins, and wellness products listed by licensed pharmacy vendors

What you CANNOT order via Baroow:

• Prescription-only medicines (POMs)
• Controlled drugs or scheduled substances
• Injectable medications
• Compounded medications prepared to order
• Prescription-only medical devices
• Any item requiring a prescription, pharmacist dispensation, controlled-substance authority, or other professional authorisation under the law of the product, vendor, customer, or delivery location

If you require prescription medication, contact your doctor, pharmacist, or local healthcare provider directly. Baroow cannot facilitate, recommend, or redirect prescription orders.

Applicable Law: Barbados law anchors this Policy. A pharmacy vendor must also comply with every applicable pharmacy, medicines, product-registration, advertising, recall, age-restriction, consumer, delivery, import, professional, and health-data rule in the vendor, customer, product, and delivery locations.
