This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies worldwide to a transaction only when that transaction is actually completed through an enabled Baroow checkout, booking, ticketing, payment, or other transaction flow. It is operated by Baroow Digital Agency Inc., incorporated and operational in Barbados at Warrens, St. Michael, BB12001, Barbados.
Feature-gated status: Payment, wallet, escrow, payout, settlement, stored-value, and similar financial functions are unavailable unless Baroow activates them in production for the relevant market, identifies the approved provider and legal structure, presents the applicable transaction terms, and obtains any required acceptance. Staging screens, demonstrations, planned functionality, source code, or a reference in this Policy do not activate a financial feature.
United States: Baroow does not currently process payments, hold funds, provide wallet or escrow functionality, collect rent, issue payouts, or make other financial transaction commitments for United States users. Marketplace, Property, and Jobs operate as nontransactional discovery, listing, inquiry, communication, or application-facilitation services.
