This Rider Operating Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the relationship between Baroow Digital Agency Inc. (“Baroow”, “the Platform”), a company incorporated under the laws of Barbados with its registered office at Warrens, St. Michael, BB12001, Barbados, and the individual registering as a delivery rider or runner (“Rider”, “Contractor”, “you”).

This Agreement applies only where Baroow has activated rider or delivery operations for your market and approved your account. It does not activate delivery in the United States or any other market.

The parties intend an independent-contractor relationship. Actual status is determined by mandatory law and the real working arrangement. This label does not waive employment, worker, wage, social-insurance, collective, health-and-safety, or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

• Baroow does not control or direct the manner, method, or means by which you perform deliveries
• Baroow does not set your working hours: you choose when to go online and when to go offline
• There is no minimum number of hours you are required to work, and no minimum volume of delivery requests is guaranteed
• You are free to work for other platforms, companies, or clients simultaneously: no exclusivity obligation applies
• You provide your own vehicle, smartphone, mobile data plan, and any delivery equipment at your own expense
• Baroow does not provide employee benefits, health insurance, workers' compensation, paid leave, pension contributions, or any other employment benefit

Subject to applicable classification and tax law, you are responsible for business registration, income tax, social-insurance contributions, expenses, and records. Baroow or the payment provider may withhold, report, or remit amounts where law requires it. Any earnings statement is informational and is not tax advice.

If at any time you believe the nature of this relationship has changed, you must notify Baroow in writing immediately at riders@baroow.com.

⚠ This is a critical clause. Read it carefully before performing any deliveries.

Baroow does not provide motor vehicle insurance, personal injury insurance, third-party liability insurance, or any other form of insurance coverage for Riders.

You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid, adequate insurance coverage for yourself and your vehicle while performing deliveries on the platform. Specifically:

• You must maintain valid vehicle insurance that covers your vehicle while it is being used for commercial delivery purposes
• Standard personal vehicle insurance policies in Barbados and the wider Caribbean typically exclude commercial use, including paid delivery services: you must confirm with your insurer that your policy covers delivery or hire-and-reward use
• If you use your personal vehicle for Baroow deliveries under a personal-use-only insurance policy, you may be uninsured in the event of an accident during a delivery
• Baroow strongly recommends that you contact your insurer and explicitly confirm that your policy covers commercial delivery use, or obtain a separate commercial-use or hire-and-reward policy
• You must provide proof of valid insurance upon request by Baroow, and failure to do so within 7 days of the request may result in account suspension

By accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge and confirm that:

• You understand that Baroow does not provide any insurance coverage for Riders
• You accept full personal liability for any personal injury, vehicle damage, third-party bodily injury, third-party property damage, or any other loss arising from your delivery activities
• You will maintain valid and appropriate insurance coverage at all times while performing deliveries
• You remain responsible for uninsured losses caused by your conduct to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here releases Baroow from liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or from Baroow's own actionable conduct.
