These Vendor Rules & Prohibited Items ("Vendor Rules") govern every individual, business, agency, or organisation that lists, sells, rents, offers, or promotes goods, services, vehicles, properties, jobs, events, tours, or experiences on the Baroow platform ("Vendors").
Vendor types covered:
•
Marketplace sellers: individuals and businesses listing goods for sale in Baroow Classifieds/Marketplace
•
Restaurant operators: food merchants, restaurants, bakeries, and prepared-food vendors on Baroow Food
•
Grocery stores: supermarkets, mini-marts, and grocery merchants on Baroow Grocery
•
Pharmacy operators: licensed pharmacies listing OTC retail products on Baroow Pharmacy
•
Vehicle rental hosts (Individual): private owners listing personal vehicles for rental
•
Vehicle rental hosts (Fleet/Agency): registered car rental agencies listing fleet vehicles
•
Property hosts (Individual): private owners listing residential property for short-term or long-term rental
•
Property hosts (Fleet/Agency): registered property management agencies listing multiple units
•
Home service providers: tradespeople, cleaners, babysitters, tutors, and other service professionals
•
Event organisers: individuals or companies listing events, tours, and experiences
•
Job posters: employers and recruiters posting job vacancies
These Rules provide a worldwide baseline wherever Baroow activates the relevant vendor feature. Barbados is Baroow's home, primary, and launch jurisdiction. Worldwide coverage does not activate every vertical or regulated capability. Vendors must review the
Market and Feature Availability Schedule and comply with every law applicable to the vendor, customer, listing, goods, services, property, workplace, and place of performance.
Authority and listing source:
• A Vendor must own the listing subject or have express authority from the owner, employer, organiser, host, or provider
• Baroow does not create proxy, scraped, or public-source listings for the United States
• An authorised partner feed or assisted listing in another market must be lawful, accurately attributed, transparently labelled, and supported by correction, claim, and removal controls
• A United States high-volume third-party seller must provide any identity, contact, certification, and disclosure information required by applicable marketplace law
By listing on Baroow, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Vendor Rules, our
Terms of Service,
Community Guidelines,
Acceptable Use Policy, and, where applicable, our
Pharmacy Policy.
