By downloading, accessing, registering for, or using the Baroow mobile application (“App”), website, or any related services (collectively, “Services”), you (“User”, “you”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and the contractual policies that apply to your role and enabled features. Privacy notices describe data practices and are not treated as consent where applicable law requires a separate choice.
The Services are operated by Baroow Digital Agency Inc., a company incorporated, licensed, and operational in Barbados with its legal address at Warrens, St. Michael, BB12001, Barbados. Barbados is Baroow's home jurisdiction, primary operating market, and launch bed. References to licensing apply only to Baroow's approved operations and do not state that Baroow is a bank, payment service provider, insurer, pharmacy, employment agency, real estate broker, or other separately regulated professional unless expressly confirmed for a specific service.
Worldwide Scope: These Terms apply worldwide to every person who accesses or uses Baroow. Worldwide application does not mean that every Service is offered, supported, licensed, or available in every country. Availability is determined by the Market and Feature Availability Schedule and the production experience presented to you.
If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must stop using the Services immediately.
Updates to Terms: Baroow may modify these Terms to reflect legal, safety, operational, or product changes. Material contractual changes will be notified in advance where required by law and will require affirmative reacceptance where continued use alone is not sufficient. Refusing a material change may require Baroow to limit or end access to the affected Service, but does not remove rights already accrued.
Electronic Agreement and Records: These Terms constitute an electronic agreement under the Electronic Transactions Act, Cap. 308B of Barbados and equivalent applicable law. Baroow may retain the accepted policy identifier, version, timestamp, account identifier, market, and technical proof reasonably required to establish acceptance.
